These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('the User') and kuj9 ('the Platform'). They govern your access to and use of all services offered at kuj9.bet, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish shooting games.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on kuj9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. Account Registration & Verification

To access all features on kuj9, you must register a valid account. Each registered user is permitted to hold a single account only. The registration process requires the following:

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours and processed within 1-2 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account used for the original deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering control.
• kuj9 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending additional KYC verification if unusual activity is detected on the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

kuj9 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonus amounts must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. Standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless stated differently.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• kuj9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one active bonus per user at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in forfeiture of all bonuses.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of kuj9 after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law and international best practices.
